  • Item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Hats & Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Footwear (must be tried on with clean socks and on clean surfaces only)
  • Repair Kits (once opened)
  • Any items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
