Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important: Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Hats & Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Footwear (must be tried on with clean socks and on clean surfaces only)
  • Repair Kits (once opened)
  • Any items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

What’s Refunded

We refund the full cost of the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

For exchanges of defective items, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
